BIORE STRIPS and SPA'RESOURCE PORE CLEANSING PAD

Today I would like to share with you all some staple items I use in order to keep my skin looking clear and radiant.

First up is good old BIORE deep cleansing pore strips. This truly my favorite product. It locks on to dirt and unwanted black heads and takes them out at the source, but results can vary, so keep reading.

I have heard and read people saying "OH NO! don't use those they can make your pores permanently enlarged. I have also heard any number of other things that others may have read else where or heard from someone's sisters, brothers, best friends, mom if you catch my drift."
Ok well I have used Biore strips on and off since they first came out and I have always noticed a significant difference after using them. My pores are smaller and tighter and my foundation application looks 10x better across my nose after doing this treatment.
However I don't have a serious issue with blackheads in general, so these results may differ immensely from one person to the next. People in general have to remember that just because something doesn't necessarily work for you, don't discourage others from trying the same product that may very well help them a whole lot more. I nether encourage or discourage any of you from trying Biore strips if you haven't yet. I like them and could care less what other's think. I prefer to read or listen to what other's have to say and I like to compare it to my own unique results.

You can use an extraction  tool if you prefer or see a dermatologist if your blackhead situation is more severe.
You can also take a more natural route and make a lemon sugar scrub at home. This method works well to not only exfoliate, but also unclog the pores and the lemon works as a natural astringent to tighten and brighten the skin. Please be sure to put a warm cloth or steam your face prior to doing this treatment to ensure your opening up the pores so you can get in there to get the dirt and build up out. I also recommend after rinsing the scrub off thoroughly to rinse with fairly cool water to then tighten up the pores instead of them sitting wide open more vulnerable to trapping further dirt and unwanted debris.
The Biore strips come in a pack of 8 for about $9 depending on where you shop.
This product is hypoallergenic and oil free, but always read the box and make sure to follow instructions explicitly.

The other item I have happened upon more recently is by SPAresource its called the "Precision Pore Cleansing Pad" pro-series.

Honestly this little gadget is a blessing in disguise. All this is is a flexible soft silicone oval with a small raised surface that you gently massage on the face when using your daily face cleanser. You just move in a circular motion and it will clean and freshen your face. There is a little handle on the back that is also silicone.

It actually does a great job taking off the days makeup and my face does feel nice and clean after. However do avoid using this if your skin is all ready irritated and avoid obviously your eye area.

Surprisingly this is an item carried at Walmart and is only $2.
So do try one out today, even if you don't end up loving it as much as I do you can't beat that for $2.
I like to joke around and say its my $2 manual dupe for Clairsonic;)

Oh also one more thing is that because its all constructed from one single piece of silicone its extremely hygienic, it dries super fast and you can pat it off in the towel, so keep that in mind.
Also much more affordable and travel friendly compare to the Clairsonic.

till next time....

STAY BEAUTIFUL XO
