**REVISED**QUO BLING-IT-ON and HARD CANDY GLOW ALL THE WAY BRONZER COMPARISON

Summer is officially upon us and Quo has re-released its all over body bronzer called BLING-IT-ON.

As soon as I looked at the product package the first thing that came to mind is HARD CANDY "GLOW" all the way.

These two products are very similar not only in packaging, but also the colour and texture of the cream it self.

However with the Quo bronzer I immediately notice that it is a lot more gold toned, where as the Hard Candy is a deeper brownish bronze.

Now for some people the more brownish bronze by Hard Candy called TROPICAL TAN may seem like the path to take because it seems a little more natural. On the other hand if you don't load on the Quo and over do it it will give you a VERY shimmer golden glow.

 

Just a quick update (JUNE 24) I wore the QUO bronzer on my legs and what a mess it started streaking after I was sweating as it's very humid in the GTA today. As this bronzer oxidized it got that nasty orange fake tan look and darker tones around ankles and knees. I DO NOT recommend this for the legs at all. Maybe a very small bit on the face, but I can't comfortably tell you to use it else where.

 

The Quo bronzer is made in Italy but does not state whether it is tested on animals or not. However I do know those regulations have all recently changed and animal testing has been banned in any area that is part of the European Union.

 

As for Hard Candy they fully support being cruelty free and it does state on their packaging.

 

 

Quo bronzer is 75ml and is $25

Hard Candy comes in about 4-5 shades and is 80ml for $8

 

I suggest if your in the market to spend on some bronzer to try a few different brands to see which you yourself prefer. I am the type of person that if the product works really well I will spend the money. However this is not to be misunderstood as most of the things I buy are drugstore brand and I am not really a fan of high end cosmetics because I think it's ridiculously over priced for items that often times cost pennies to make. If you find a brand you love even if it's super inexpensive don't stop loving it because you feel that you should be buying something expensive for it to be good. Believe me there is a boat load of poor quality items out there both low and high end.

 

AFTER MORE TESTING OF THE QUO BRONZER I THINK I WILL STICK TO HARD CANDY. SORRY QUO YOU JUST DIDN'T CUT IT THIS TIME
