**NEW** 2014 PHYSICIANS FORMULA NUDE WEAR GLOWING NUDE POWDER

Hi girls & boys,

Physicians Formula is one of my most favourite cosmetic brands, for the most part I have been satisfied with the items I have either received for review or purchased myself. They are a more pricier drugstore brand, but worth the investment.

Physicians Formula has a bunch of new products launching in the coming month some of which is repackaging and reformulation. However today I wanted to share one of the items with you. This is the Nude Wear glowing nude powder in "Medium".

Based off the package it states the following claims
Look flawless without looking made up

-A perfecting "no makeup" powder delivers a complexion boosting lit-from-within glow for a fresh and beautiful bare skin effect.
-Multi-colored palette of nudes creates the most natural finish
-100% nude pigments deliver a skin glowing finish. These special translucent pigments appear virtually invisible, allowing skin's natural radiance and color to shine through.
-Airy formulas are infused with natural extract that allows skin to breathe, as if completely "in the nude"!

I think this packaging is so fantastic and the perfect marriage of faux leather and beautiful metallic pink. The powder is self is visually very pretty as well. The lettering on the powder has an over spray of the most delicate gold. All though fragrance free there is a very subtle smell that I can't exactly pinpoint, but its nice.

These are the four shades that make up this powder

The top picture is before the powder and bottom is after application
I see a bit of a difference, but I will have to try it out on my face and report back as to my further opinion on the product. The powder has a very nice soft finely milled feel that is almost suede like.

I am under the impression this is suppose to give a similar finish to that of the Hourglass "Ambient Lighting" powder, but I have never purchased that so it will be difficult for me to give a fair comparison in the future.

I hope you have enjoyed this look at Physicians Formula glowing nude powder.

I want to try some other items from the new releases, but I do find PF quite pricey and may wait till I see a 30or40% sale.

This powder is 7g  will cost about $20

HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE

XOXO:)

  2. You are definitely my go to for reviews for Physicians Formula! Hehe. I love the packaging for this! I just might have to pick this up. I meant to go pick up the glowing pearls, but I keep forgetting! Hopefully they have both of these at my local drugstore. :) Thanks so much for sharing.

    1. Just keep in mind the glowing pearls leave a subtle glow, but may appear more apparent on your warmer toned skin. It will not give you massive highlight like say The Balm's Mary Lou-Manizer. I am glad your enjoying my thoughts on PF. They are a reliable brand that's why I like to talk about them so much:) Thanks for reading my love. Hope your ok over there.

    2. Noted! :) I think I'm looking for something more subtle anyway. I really have to get off my butt and go get it. It's just so cold out that I'm always rushing to get home after work so I don't have to be in it that long. Lol I'm doing okay. Taking it day by day... :) Thanks for your concern. It means the world. <3

  3. I haven't tried many products from PF, I think because I purchased a blush a long time ago that was no good for my skin tone. I've been turned off from them since then, although it's not their fault I picked up the shade! LOL! I did like the quality of the blush, and reading your reviews makes me want to go out and buy most of what they carry! LOL! Thanks for sharing my dear! <3

    1. I do understand that, its funny how through are own error we tend to blame the product and not our choices lol. None the less I am happy to hear that maybe your inspired to give them a try again. They have also gone through a lot of reformulating, so maybe their line will be more appealing to you now. Thanks for reading lovely:)
