KLORANE SHAMPOO WITH NETTLE FOR OILY HAIR

Welcome back,

Todays post is about a hair care product, which is the KLORANE shampoo with nettle for oily hair.

I have no idea what is happening with my own hair as of late??? it could be any number of factors causing the issue. However I cannot take it anymore and I had to find something to help me out.

After doing a bit of my own research on line and having read about this product in magazines I decided to give the Klorane nettle shampoo a try. At this point what did I have to lose.

This shampoo comes in a 6.7 fl oz./200ml bottle. It is a lucid green liquid with a gentle herbal scent which is quite nice and not over powering.

I do find I see a difference to a point. During the course of the day, my hair seems to hold up better to many environmental factors and my hair doesn't seem as oily near days end. However every night once I sleep I wake up and my hair is really oily and I can't seem to figure out why. I only use 100% cotton pillowcases and have not changed any laundry products recently. At the moment the only thing I can think is that it may be something hormonal.

So do I think this is a good product? Well I think it's a decent product that has helped a bit, but may work better for other's who's own unique situation may not be as over the top as mine. I find to get it really lathered you need to use a fair bit. You can purchase this at any SHOPPERS DRUG MART for about $12 or I am sure you can find it at other pharmacies in your own area.

A few things to point out about Klorane as a company is that they only use NON-ENDANGERED plant species and ensure to maintain the ecosystem balance when harvesting the plants. The only thing I did notice is there are paraben's in this shampoo, which in turn is not helping people or the planet.

Klorane is a company that has been around for 20 years and they also teach children through a series of workshops called "DISCOVER THE PLANT" in which children are taught the importance of plant preservation and heritage. To date more then 5,000 children every year have had the opportunity of these workshops and I commend the Klorane institute for their on going efforts.

Today is now July 9 and it's been more then two weeks since using this shampoo. I have since run out and decided to give Vichy's oily hair treatment shampoo a try to compare. I'll be doing a separate review on that product as well.
However I also just cut off all my hair, not to say it won't still get oily, but will at least be more manageable.

Till next time every one

STAY BEAUTIFUL
