Hi all,
Today in review is a newer brush to the EcoTools line, which caught my attention due to the new detailing on the ferrule and the light coloured brush head.
Ecotools claims this brush will help reduce oil and shine for a fresh look that lasts all day.
This is a duo fiber design to create a flawless look with either pressed or loose powder, by blending long straight bristles with short wavy ones. Ecotools states this is a unique brush, but its not! this type of bristle mixture already exists in the Make Up For Ever brush range. I don't find this to be the softest brush I own, but I do like the way it disperses powder over my face and I like the overall design. The bristles are fairly well packed, but leave enough room for give to move product around at the same time. I have been using this with my Maybelline matte + poreless pressed powder and I do like the results overall.
I noticed on Ecotools website a set of brushes with another new design on the ferrules as well, which I am glad to see because up till now even though ecotools are nice brushes I have always thought the design to be a little to basic.
I think if you already have similar brushes in your collection this is not a must have, but if you like the look of it and want to give it a try you'll be looking at around $10 CAD for one or $30 for a set of 4.
