REVLON LIP BUTTERS & LIPSTICKS

Welcome back readers,

I hope your all having a great day.
A lot of people enjoy Revlon products and if you have been reading here for a while, you know I never get tired of Revlon lippies and there is plenty to be had. Quite a long while back I picked up two lip butters and two lipsticks because I got them for 50% off sometime before or during Christmas holidays.
The first two lip butters I went for this time around are
65 CREAMSICLE- This is a very sheer nude peach toned lip butter with very little pigmentation. I do like it if you want to do a no makeup makeup look, but its definitely not a favourite within my lip butter collection.

10 RASPBERRY PIE- is a bold jeweled tone lip butter that not only is highly pigmented,  but also leaves behind a beautiful berry stain on the lips as it wears down.

Obviously the love affair with lip butters is because they not only have a wide range of colours, but because they feel so soothing on the lips. I prefer Revlon brand over most of the other lip butters on the market right now.

Next up are two lipsticks that have a crème finish which tend to be my favourite for lipsticks, because you get the creamy feel on the lips, but a good opacity similar to a matte. I hardly hear anyone speak of these lipsticks and I understand they are not new colours added to the Revlon line, but these should definitely be given more blog time.

The first colour is 683-DEMURE

A beautiful peachy nude with an ever so slight sheen in the light. The lipstick it self has a very fine glitter in it, but its not obvious on the lips it just seems shinier and glowy.

One of my new favourites to my Revlon collection is this next colour

668-PRIMROSE
A stunning mauve based nude pink, that is perfectly wearable day or night. It doesn't get much closer to perfection then this.

There is such a huge range of colours and finishes from Revlon. I can't say it enough, they truly are the best brand for lip products at drugstore level.

I have been a fan of Revlon in general for many years now and I look forward to seeing much more from them in the years ahead.

I believe after discount I got all 4 items for about $20

THANKS FOR READING

XOXO:)

  3. I love the lip butters! I tried the NYX lip butters and it just doesn't quite measure up to the silky smoothness of Revlon's. They're all nice colors, but it's not as buttery as Revlon's. All of these shades are beautiful. I love creamsicle! Thanks for sharing boo.

    1. If the Nyx lip butters ever show up in Canada still want to try them no less. However I agree that one brand will bring out some new innovation and other brands will try to copy it and it's just never quite as good. Its finding that sweet spot with the blend of ingredients that makes or breaks a product.:) have a great week beautiful xo
