SAUCEBOX PRO PALETTES

One day as I was shopping one of my favourite websites and I happened upon these visually intriguing palettes by a company called "SAUCEBOX" to this point I had no clue who they were and had heard very little about them as a whole.

So who are SAUCEBOX, here is the "About Us" from their website.

"SauceBox takes its beginning in 2010.  Founded by mother and daughter (both make up addicts). The name takes its roots in Old English, and means rude and impudent, obnoxious. We believe that make up is all about attitude and your inner self expression.  The goal was to create  high quality line with out high price – SUCCESS! The line combines two worlds of ‘ OLD AND PROVEN” with ” NEW AND EXCITING”. SauceBox cosmetics believes that every one is beautiful, and every beauty needs to shine. We provide extensive collection of eyeshadow for every taste, look, day, night, outfit…etc.  We are constantly looking for ways to innovate our product and add new items to our collection."
So there you have it and lets get into the two palettes I picked up from SauceBox who I just know are gaining more and more popularity daily and it will be interesting to see how their line expands with time

FORBIDDEN FRUITS
EACH EYESHADOW IS 4g FOR A TOTAL OF 24g

In this palette you get two shimmers, two glitters and two mattes, so its a great assortment for a only being 6 colours.Every colour is super bright and pigmented. Even the shadows with glitter the shadow it self is nice and soft and they all blend out beautifully.
I like that you can do bold bright looks, as well as a nice plumy variation on the smokey eye with this palette.

CREME DE LA CREME

So this particular palette does not have any names on the back, but I imagine this is changing as SauceBox is suppose to bring out revamped packing. So I will just be posting the pics for your makeup loving consumption.

 Black with and without flash

The black I did two shots to show case truly how dark it is like ink, but then in direct light to show the glitter particles in it as well.

I am so in love with this palette. I can't get enough of the beautiful depth of the colours and how rich and pigmented each and everyone is without falling short any where. This to me is a perfect palette because you get that super saturated black, and nice metallic colours and a couple of neutrals, which you can do endless looks with and is a dream to use. If you want an excellent versatile product and don't want to have to much in your collection make sure this is the one you get.

Each palette on the SauceBox website is $40, I paid $46 Cad for each for mine, but discovered shortly after my purchase that the price has gone up significantly which is very shocking. The palettes are now $65 YIKES that's quite the hike, glad I got mine when I did.

Any way I still do feel these are a worth while investment for any true makeup lover novice to aficionado.

  1. I have heard of Saucebox though instagram. I prefer the CREME DE LA CREME over the two just because I am a neutral addict. I really love that palette. Etude looks lovely too! I really would love to get my hands one of those two!

  2. I like the look of these palettes and the shades are really pretty. I liked that they have included various textures of eyeshadows. I think the shade combo in the second palette is my fav.
